Regulate the throughput of centrifugal pumps

La solution pour réguler le débit d’une pompe centrifuge, consiste à intégrer à la pompe, un moteur à vitesse variable.

The principle

The solution to regulate the throughput of a centrifugal pump involves including an uneven-pace motor to the pump.

With an motor power reaching 0,55 to 22Kw (three-phased) and 0,25 to 1,1 kW (mono-phased), Pompes Grosclaude includes a local control by a digital keyboard. It allows the pace to vary easily and all the time in order to adjust both the throughput and the energy consumption.

Advantages

The uneven-pace motor settled by Pompes Grosclaude, producer of centrifugal pumps in France, makes possible a manual adjustment of the pump’s operating speed. Its local control by a digital keyboard with ON/OFF is directly adjustable on the operational motor and improves its use.

Its low bulk and the rapid capacity for adaptation of the throughput allow a longer lifespan than for a single-speed system.

Indeed, because of the lower rotation speed, components wear out less rapidly and the pump heats less.

Available options

To satisfy your needs at best, several options are available :
– Micro console for configuration
– Adjustment knob with an on-off control
– Fieldbus
– 0V/10V or 4/20mA input…
